SENATE BILL NO. 175 "An Act relating to dispensing opticians, to                                    
dispensing optician apprentices, to the Board of Dispensing Opticians,                              
and to the practice of dispensing opticianry; and providing for an                                  
effective date" was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Green, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1208.

Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 175(FIN) was
